Due to some technical issues, some parents weren’t able to order their child’s spring portraits online. As a result, they have decided to send home proofs to allow all parents to have the opportunity to order portraits. If you already ordered portraits, your child will not receive a proof.
**All orders for spring portraits are due by Friday, April 26th**

Congratulations to the 7th Grade Lady Indians on winning the Regional Championship! They defeated Brown County in 3 sets. They will play in sectionals at Carthage on Monday, March 4th at 6:30.
Congratulations to the 2024 Lewistown Central Elementary Spelling Bee Champion CJ Custer and Runner-Up Leslie Keime. These two, along with 21 4th-6th graders, spelled their way through 14 rounds before CJ was declared the champion by correctly spelling "possible." The competition was fierce, and everyone did an amazing job!
The annual Lewistown Central Elementary Talent is coming up soon on Saturday, March 16. Notes have gone home and the deadline for signing up was on Friday. Due to the small number of entries, I have extended the deadline to Wednesday, February 28. Please turn in your papers or sign up on the sheet by the music room door. Questions? Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! Just a friendly reminder, if you are sending your student flowers or candy, please send it to their home. We do not accept deliveries for students at school. Candies, flowers, and balloons can cause disruptions to the educational day and on buses.

Central Elementary will be hosting another family night on Tuesday, February 20 in the Central Gym. PreK-K 5:30-6:00 and 1st-6th grade 6:00-7:00. Light refreshments will be provided. Come out and dance with us! Students will need to bring an adult dancing partner.

This is a reminder that Lewistown Schools will dismiss early tomorrow, January 26th for school improvement planning. All High School students and Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 11:15am. The Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 11:30am.
