Lewistown High School is proud to announce this year's Illinois State Scholars: CARTER SOURS, DYLAN MOREHOUSE, MYLIE SOURS, JOLEY McLAUGHLIN, and McKENZIE TENDICK.
To become an Illinois State Scholar, students must be an Illinois resident attending an approved high school, and they must have taken the ACT or SAT between August 1 and June 30 of their junior year. The selection is based on a combination of the test score (at or above the 95th percentile) and ranking in the top half of their class by the end of their junior year (sixth semester).
