All high school students and early bus riders will dismiss at 11:15am, Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 11:20am, and the Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 11:30am.

LVC Homecoming 2024 preparations are underway! The theme for this year's event is "American Roadtrip" and it will run September 23-28, 2024. A detailed list of events will be published in the near future. The Lewistown High School yearbook staff will be selling yearbooks at registration on Monday and Tuesday, but you can also order them online at yearbookforever.com or send/deliver your payment to the high school. Yearbooks are $50 each +$5 for a name stamp.
Note: 2024 yearbooks will be distributed the first full week of school. There is a limited number of extras available for purchase, too.

Congratulations to Joley McLaughlin for being selected by teachers and staff for the Illinois Leadership Seminar. The Illinois Leadership Seminar asks schools to nominate one student from their sophomore class to attend a weekend seminar at Illinois Weslyan University to help broaden their leadership skills. This is a reminder that Lewistown Schools will dismiss early tomorrow, April 19th for school improvement planning. All High School students and Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 11:15am. The Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 11:30am.
The Prairieland Art Conference Show will be held on Friday, April 19, at Bushnell-Prairie City High School. The judged exhibition featuring up to 50 projects from each of the conference schools begins at 10 AM and closes at 1 PM. Along with the artwork featured here, a small group of Lewistown students will also take part in workshops and vote for "Student's Choice" in each art category.
