Fall Preschool Screening is happening next week! Students who were screened in the spring do not need to attend unless a rescreen was determined at the last appointment. Screenings will be in the elementary gym by appointment only. Students who have already been screened or attended pre-K or early childhood do not need to be screened again. Students in Head Start only can be screened if you are interested in dual enrollment. You may leave a detailed voicemail to request a time slot now. The office staff returns to work on Friday, Aug. 1. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Is your student going to be entering pre-K, kindergarten, 2nd grade, 6th grade, 9th grade, or 12th grade in 2025-2026? It's time to schedule appointments for mandatory school exams. Today we celebrated our May Indian Chief nominees. These kiddos have worked hard all year. We are very proud of them! Elena Kearney is our new May Indian Chief! Congratulations Emmalynn Allen, Coltin Armstrong, Joslyn Webb, Elena Kearney, Harper Taylor, Olivia Bills, and Keegan Boo!

The LVC Softball team won their first Regional game in co-op history last night. They did so in thrilling fashion as Kacie White took the first pitch she saw in the bottom of the 7th deep to leftfield for a walk-off 2-run HR . Stats include- Ashlyn Ball- 3-3 RBI Emma Probyn- 2-3. Winning Pitcher 2Ks Kacie White 2-4 2RBI 2R HR 9Ks Joley McLaughlin 2-3 R RBI Sam Thum 2-4 R The girls play Rockridge in Farmington at 4:30pm today.

The LVC HS Baseball season came to and end last night in a hard fought, 6-3 loss to Canton in Regional play. John Barclay posted a solid outing on the mound while Connor Munson collected 3 hits at the plate. The Miners finished 16-15. The Miners have have a winning season in each season of the co-op so far.

The JH LVC Track Team participated in the Sectional meet on Saturday. The 8th Grade girls finished in 2nd place! The team did have multiple State qualifiers, too. Those qualifiers are- Elzie Miller- Pole Vault Cora Connolly- High Jump Lexi Cohagen, Cora Connolly, Vanessa Yurkovich, and Aurora Orwig in the 4x200 and 4x400. The girls will leave at 6:30am on Saturday for State. If you are interested in sending them off to State you can be at Lewistown JR/SR High School at 6:15am on Saturday.

Congratulations to LVC HS Girl Track team members, Carsyn Braun and Grace Yaste, for advancing to State! Carsyn qualified in the 400m Dash while Grace qualified in the Triple Jump.
