The 7th Grade BBB team beat North Fulton 36-28 to capture 3rd place in the Fulton County Tournament last night. Leading scorers were Gavin Myers 13pt, Easton Webb 9pt, and Caleb Collins 8pt.

The HS Prevention Team is sponsoring a Toy/Winter Essential Drive for students in need within our school district. They will be collecting toys and winter essentials (blankets, winter clothes) at the 3 home basketball games this week. If you bring a toy or winter essential to any of the games (GBB vs West Hancock on W, GBB vs Havana on TH, and BBB vs P. Heights on F) then you will receive free admission to all the games this week.

The Lewistown Jr/Sr High School Winter Music Concert is Sunday December 7 at 3PM in the Shirley Shannon Auditorium. Come out and hear our JH Concert Band, HS Concert Band, Jazz Band, and our restarted HS Concert Choir. We hope to see you there.

The HS BBB team has run their record back to .500 (2-2) after back-to-back wins on Tuesday vs Ridgewood 45-42 and Wednesday vs South Fulton 53-45. The boys are back in action at home tonight against West Central.
The LHS Shop Classes are building christmas trees to sell as a fund-raiser for more building materials.

Due to the impending winter weather starting this afternoon and the condition of some of our secondary roads, Lewistown Schools will dismiss at 1:30 p.m. today, Monday, December 1, 2025. All after school practices and activities have been cancelled.

This is a reminder that Lewistown Schools will dismiss early on Friday, December 5th for school improvement planning and staff training. All high school students and early bus riders will dismiss at 11:15am, Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 11:20am, and the Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 11:30am.

Elementary School Star Students were recognized at the Indian Way Assembly on Friday, November 21st for their outstanding behavior and thankfulness. On Friday, November 21st, we recognized our November Star Students at Central School for their outstanding behavior, positive attitude, and gratitude!
