
The JH BBB Team took on Beardstown in two close games last night. The 7th Grade lost 29-26 in OT with Zakk Belless leading the way with 17pts. The 8th Grade won 32-22 in OT with Mason Robinson scoring 10 to lead the team.

The HS BBB Team picked up their 1st win of the season over South Fulton on Saturday to place 5th in the Fulton County Tournament. Kolby Cleer selected to the All Tournament Team. Congrats to the team and Kolby!

The 8th Grade GBB team won their Regional Semifinal game last night over South Fulton 40-15. The girls will play tonight at 6pm in Virginia against Brown County. We are working on taking a fan bus for grade 5-8. Sign up should be done by 12pm. Cost is $5. Bus will leave at 4:30pm from the JH/HS.

This is a reminder that Lewistown Schools will dismiss early tomorrow, November 26th, for Thanksgiving Break. All high school students and early bus riders will dismiss at 1:45pm, Central/Elementary walking and pick-up students will be dismissed at 1:50pm, and the Central/Elementary buses will dismiss at 2:00pm. School will resume on Monday, December 2nd.

7th Grade GBB finished their season last Saturday with a close 1 point loss in the Regionals. The 8th Grade GBB teams starts Regionals this Saturday in Virginia.

HS BBB starts their season with the Fulton County Tournament on Monday in Havana.

The Lewistown Truck and Tractor Pull presented a donation of $5,250 to Lewistown FFA last night. This event has raised $66,000 for local schools since 2018. Lewistown District 97 thanks you for your hard work, generosity, and support of our students.
